Our Association functions on volunteers.
If each parent can give 4+ hours to work on the special dates, we can have a successful event and continue bringing softball to Burnaby.
We ask that you check out our Important Date Calendar and look for the * This denotes the dates where we need extra help.
If you can spare some time please email me at maden2@telus.net. Include your name, phone number, cell number, times and dates you are available.
Every hour you give helps the Association thrive. You won't be disappointed - come out and have some fun, work a bit and enjoy some great ball games.
Help needed
- concession workers - bbq workers, fryers, food prep, customer service
- field crew - raking, lining, cleaning dug outs & grounds
- 50/50 sellers, opening and closing ceremonies, gophers
- Scorekeepers - advanced skill required
- set up (day before event) - fences, tents, tarps
